Immaginiamo una Parigi degli anni venti,con una fotografia mozzafiato.
Immaginiamo che a vedere il film sia seduta una nostalgica autentica,una che avrebbe voluto costruirla una macchina del tempo.
Immaginiamo un romanticume di fondo ed una spensieratezza che non mi aspettavo dal buon cinico Woody.
Ho reso l'idea? Se non l'avete ancora fatto vi consiglio di vedere Midnight in Paris!
Gil,il protagonista del film, gira con la sua metà per Parigi,ma non c'è mai stata metà più marcia.
Lei non sa sognare,non sa viverla.
Lui le parla della magia della città sotto la pioggia e lei non coglie,e per giunta si fa prendere da un saccentino senza classe che non ha nulla di romantico!
Gil è alle prese con un romanzo che ha per protagonista un venditore di un negozio “Nostalgia”, dove si comprano oggetti come se fossero ricordi del passato ed è in cerca d'ispirazione.
è quasi in un momento di crisi quando viene salvato da una carrozza che lo porterà negli anni 20,con tutto il fervore culturale di quegli anni,non voglio anticiparvi nulla sui personaggi che conoscerà!
Questo film mi ha fatto venir voglia di aprirlo un negozio Nostalgia!
A Firenze non ho resistito dal fotografar una vetrina che mi sembrava anche piuttosto scenica,ma purtroppo era festa ed il negozio era chiuso.

Si può avere una bella borsa ed una bella pelliccia senza che qualcuno ci rimetta le penne?
Risponde brillantemente Stella Mc Cartney,degna figlia del padre Paul(ex star dei mitici Beatles,anche lui vegetariano convinto).
Stella produce borse e vestiti ecofriendly ed amici degli animali. Non può che raccogliere il mio consenso,ma vorrei che ci fossero più stilisti a lanciar un messaggio simile.
Mi è piaciuto il no della Norvegia alle pellicce in passerella dello scorso anno,ci fu una petizione promossa da un gruppo animalista che ha ricevuto sottoscrizioni da parte di modelle, stilisti, fotografi e giornalisti.
Mi piace il trucco minerale di Neve Make up e Lepo entrambi si dichiarano Cruelty free,lo ammetto purtroppo compro anche altre marche,ma privilegiare e sapere chi non sfrutta è già qualcosa.
Come dice la su citata Stella: qualcosa è meglio di niente.
Fate qualcosa nel vostro piccolo.
Potrei anche aggiungere che sono anni che non riesco a mangiare carne e consigliarvi il libro di Foer: Se nulla importa,perchè mangiamo gli animali?
Ma forse questo blog non è il luogo per una propaganda,prendetelo come un imput da una che non riesce ad ammazzare neanche una zanzara.

I still hadn't posted the photos taken in New Orleans.
It is a very hot city and it was the last leg of my trip in America.
You can breathe The Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) even when you are out of the carnival period, in fact there are many shops that sell costumes and masks.
We were there a few but very intense days , we visited the plantations,the French Quarter, which is the most special and historical area of the city with original houses, we ate puffs at the cafe du Monde listening to jazz,we toured the Mississippi River, and bought Tabasco and chicory coffee to take to relatives.

Non avevo ancora postato le foto scattate a New Orleans.
é una città caldissima ed è stata l'ultima tappa del mio viaggio in America.
Il Mardi Gras(martedì grasso) si respira anche quando siamo fuori dal periodo di carnevale,infatti sono molti i negozi che vendono costumi e maschere.
Siamo stati pochi giorni ma molto intensi,abbiamo visitato le piantagioni,il quartiere francese che è la zona più particolare e storica della città con casette originali,abbiamo mangiato bignè al caffè du Monde ascoltando jazz,fatto un giro sul fiume Mississipi,comprato tabasco e caffè di cicoria da portare ai parenti. Tappa di shopping: Urban Outfitters dove ho comprato la borsa a cartella con borchie e la sciarpa che vedete in queste foto!

Mai avrei sospettato che il color senape avrebbe riscosso così tanto successo quest'inverno , nella mia testolina profuma di vecchie canzoni e di marmellate fatte in casa,di dolci ricordi,di ravioli made in Parma con zucca ed un po' di mostarda..dolce e salato insieme,sublime. Vorrei tornare presto in Emilia Romagna.

I never suspected that the mustard would have enjoyed so much success this winter, in my head this colour smells of old songs and homemade jams, sweet memories,ravioli with pumpkin and a little mustard made in Parma...sweet and savoury together, sublime. I would like to return soon to Emilia Romagna.

Chicago is neat, clean, less chaotic than Ny, and much colder.
They were icy days before leaving for New Orleans.
As soon as we arrived we visited the museum of contemporary art, and we went around the city.
It was inevitable a stop at Ghirardelli's to warm up with a hot chocolate with whipped cream,it is next to Top Shop,a very cool store where I had never been.
It's together with Urban Outfitters the store in America that I loved most,
in these photos the black leggings are one of my purchases I made there.
You will soon see the others...

Chicago è ordinata,pulita,meno caotica di Ny,e molto più fredda.
Sono stati giorni gelidi prima di partire per New Orleans.
Appena arrivati abbiamo visitato il museo d'arte contemporanea,e fatto un giro veloce per la città.
Immancabile una tappa da Ghirardelli per riscaldarsi con una cioccolata calda con panna,accanto c'è Top Shop negozio fighissimo dove non ero mai stata

I find that these photos taken for fun a long time ago are in tune with the style of the last post.
I was crazy about the socks from American Apparel,one white leg and one black.
American has made them of other colours but I find that white and black are the best perhaps in combination with the Dr. Martens!

Stile rock spezzato da mocassini classici, il caldo di Roma ha lasciato spazio ad una ventata di freddo e di autunno ed a volte mi piace riscoprire gli angoli del centro e perdermi fra le stradine della mia città magari con il mio ipod,ed i miei Pink Floyd...questo clima mette malinconia.Non trovate?

I had not shown some photos yet taken, at the wedding of my friend's brother. It was a beautiful September day, and even if I didn't know in depth the bride, I was very excited when she went into the church.
You can tell that I want to get married :D
On this occasion I chose a dress by Cavalli, I was very impressed by the sleeves,it is very simple and these(sleeves) make it unique.
During this period I have fever, pain in my wisdom tooth, hives caused by the antibiotic and I hope that this unfortunate health soon will pass.
I want to go running,shopping,go to the library and to the park to see so many autumn leaves scattered everywhere...

summer strawberries, light shoes, skirts that show the legs...tonight the storm cancels the carefree summer.
It reminds me of a cold and grey winter outside, and it makes me feel like bittersweet chocolate.
But I don't mind the fall, I look forward to put lace stockings on and apply a collar to my mustard-coloured dress that I bought days ago.
I hope October will come soon so I will be free from the session exams... and how are you spending this September? Have you already shopped this autumn?

fragole estive,scarpette leggere,gonne che scoprono le gambe..il temporale di stanotte annulla la spensieratezza estiva.Mi ricorda un inverno freddo e grigio alle porte e mi fa venir voglia di cioccolata fondente.
Ma l'autunno non mi dispiace,non vedo l'ora di rindossare le calze in pizzo e di applicare un colletto al mio vestitino color senape che ho comprato giorni fa.

Ponza a little paradise

I had never been to Ponza,it is small and the days are intense. In a few days you can visit it all, I loved having baths especially at the Natural Pools, the water is very clear and I swam up to a beautiful cave defying the fear of sea urchins.
Scenically the most beautiful beach is Chiaia di Luna,but Frontone is the best equipped and comfortable where I was bitten by a jellyfish :(
but fortunately I recovered quickly!
If you want to go there I advise you the last days halfway between August and September,it is the best time.

Non ero mai stata a Ponza,è piccola e le giornate sono intense.
In pochi giorni puoi visitarla tutta,ho adorato sopprattutto il bagno alle Piscine Naturali,acqua cristallina ed ho nuotato fino ad una grotta bellissima sfidando la paura dei ricci.
Scenicamente la spiaggia più bella è Chiaia di Luna,quella più attrezzata e comoda invece il Frontone dove sono stata morsa da una medusa :( ma fortunatamente mi son ripresa in fretta!
Se volete andarci vi consiglio gli ultimi giorni a cavallo fra agosto e settembre,è il periodo migliore.

Among the shops of Porto Cesareo I loved the Seahorse,
I couldn't help taking lots of pictures inside!
I love the fishing decor and I was particularly impressed by the boat of ladies dressed in the fifties...

Fra i negozi di Porto Cesareo mi è piaciuto molto il Cavalluccio marino,non ho potuto fare a meno di scattare tantissime foto all'interno!
Adoro l'arredamento marinaro e mi ha colpito in particolare la barchetta con delle signorine vestite anni cinquanta...

I came back home to my Rome a few hours ago with a terrible headache.
I have many pictures to post, I will miss the cakes made in Lecce, the orecchiette(the typical short, ear-shaped pasta from Puglia),
the fresh cheese with spun dough,the wonderful sea... if you go to the sea in the Salento area,I suggest you visit the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, angel beach near Porto Cesareo and the green bay near Gallipoli and the Turk's bay at Otranto.
I did not like the beach of the Maldives, perhaps because of the overcrowding of those days.

Da poche ore sono tornata nella mia Roma con un mal di testa ad aura che mi destabilizza.
Ho tantissime foto da postare,mi mancherà il pasticciotto leccese,le orecchiette,la burrata,il mare stupendo...se capitate nella zona del salento vi consiglio di vedere le spiagge di punta prosciutto,lido degli angeli nei pressi di Porto Cesareo e baia verde vicino Gallipoli e poi ancora la baia dei Turchi ad Otranto.
Invece non mi è piaciuta la spiaggia della Maldive,forse anche per l'eccessivo affollamento di questi giorni.

Guardando la nuova campagna Miu Miu per l'autunno-inverno 2011-2012 si ha l'impressione di una bambina che gioca a far la signora,una giovanissima Hailee Stainfeld che sveste il solito jeans adolescenziale per calarsi nei panni di sua sorella maggiore.
Il mondo che viene scelto però non è la solita festa da ballo o una piccola casetta in stile country(quest'ultima l'avrei vista bene),Miu Miu si butta invece sulla natura campestre,su una pizza mangiata con un sorriso.
Trovo che la semplicità di uno sguardo bambino "spacchi" sempre,lei che sorride ingenua in mezzo alle scarpe che diventano capricci conquistati,è stupenda!
Le spalline lasciano spazio alle spallone e le scarpe così piene di luccichini piacciono anche me che di solito non sono un'amante delle luci.
Qui qualcuno ha capito che alle donne affascina il mondo fiabesco,sobrio,delicato,elegante e senza eccessi...Bravi!!!!!!

Appuntarsi la data del due luglio sognando i futuri acquisti è d'obbligo,ma non sono più la coraggiosa di un tempo.
Un tempo facevo l'alzataccia e mi mettevo in fila insieme alle giapponesine ed alle fashioniste strepitanti.
Oggi sono più fatalista ed a quanto pare mi è andata bene: ho trovato il 41 di quasi tutte le mie scarpe preferite! Una fortuna per chi ha la maxi fetta.
Sono andata principalmente da Zara e Da Gente.
Da Zara ho scelto anche delle zeppe che aderiscono al color blocking e che sono della nuova collezione e non cadono in saldo,ho storto il naso perchè mi sembrano prettamente estive.
Comunque non me la son sentita di rinunciarvi e poi fra le tante cose sono rimasta affascinata dalla maglia un po' maschile con il colletto in rialzo!
è stupenda con dei pantaloni a vita alta ed i mocassini neri,e la metterei anche ad un uomo(magrolino).
Sono stanchissima e non ho fotografato tutti gli acquisti,ma spero di mostrarveli nei prossimi outfitters.
Ho trovato una vecchissima macchina fotografica e già immagino le foto in bianco e nero che scatterò,mi sento piena di energie positive nonostante fino al 20 luglio dovrò studiare per un esame.E voi come vi sentite?Come son andati questi saldi?

Molte di voi storceranno il naso,ma non posso far a meno di ammetterlo.
Adoro l'uomo nerd,quello che indossa la camicia e l'occhiale a fondo di bottiglia ,il secco che non andrà in palestra neanche a pagarlo e manterrà tutta la vita il fisico da lanciatore di coriandoli,quello che a Natale indossa le renne enormi e non sa ballare perchè al posto di andare in discoteca giocava a Risico.

queste le parole di Ciro,che ha un banchetto pieno di vestiti di tutti i tipi e che di domenica si concede anche a Portaportese.
lui sicuramente non saprà la differenza fashionista fra seconda mano e vintage,non la immaginerà neanche eppure è consapevole del cambiamento!
Quest'abito l'ho acquistato proprio da lui,un po' bon ton ed un po' retrò.
A volte mi chiedo il mio usato a chi sia appartenuto.
Forse ad una signora che lo usava solo per le uscite della domenica quand'era una fanciullina da poco sposata oppure ad una contadina chic,mi piacerebbe aprire un mio banchetto e ad ogni abito usato allegare un foglietto con la sua storia o almeno a chi è appartenuto e quand'è stato usato es di Elvira per il matrimonio di mia sorella e le prime uscite con mio marito Alfonso.

Mas is a large warehouse located in Piazza Vittorio,it is often a very low cost, before of Zara, H&M, Stradivarius, etc.
There really is everything and you can switch from signed clothes to of lower quality ones!
You just know how to look, I was curious to go there for a long time and I must say that I was surprised by the huge amount of ideas that it can give you.

Sono stata invitata da Stefanel al cocktail di questa sera che si terrà nel loro store di Via del Corso assieme ad Eleonora,Valentina ed Alessandra;per l'occasione ho scelto un abito della nuova collezione.
Sin dalla vetrina sono stata colpita dai toni del bianco,ho provato subito un vestito con dei ricami che sembravano fatti ad uncinetto.
Già sentivo il profumo di Formentera,spiagge e mare cristallino,l'avrei visto con un panama,una borsa di paglia ed un Ceres ghiacciata alla mano.
Poi la mia attenzione è andata su capi dallo spirito androgino ed estremamente minimalisti ed il pensiero questa volta è volato a Rumi Neely di thefashiontoast che seguo sognando la splendida California...
Ma la mia scelta è caduta sul vestito verde azzuro che vedete,già in camerino lo immaginavo con l'ombretto ottenuto mischiando i colori blu e verde.
Sono sempre stata convinta che questi colori donino alle biancolatte come me,voi che ne dite?

I was invited by Stefanel to a cocktail this evening in their store in Via del Corso with Eleonora, Valentina and Alessandra; on this occasion I chose a dress from the new collection.
From the window I was struck by the shades of white, I immediately tried on a dress with embroidery that looked like crocheted.
I already felt the smell of Formentera, beaches and crystal-clear sea, I would have seen it with a Panama, a straw bag and an icy Ceres in hand.
Then my attention went to leaders from the androgynous spirit and very minimalist and my tought flew to Rumi Neely that I follow dreaming the wonderful California ...
But my choice was the blue-green dress that you see, already in the dressing room I imagined it with the eyeshadow obtained by mixing the colours blue and green.
I've always been convinced that these colours really suit the milky white color as me, what do you think?

It happens that some days you want to be comfortable, to forget the tight jeans at home ,to go out only with aflutter t-shirt and trousers like the ones that you can easily wear , that does not make you regret that the day before you have been at "Rossopomodoro" ... and you have had a pizza and a delicious mixed fried.
This morning on the occasion of an event that I will speak to you soon, I met two bloggers that I follow for long time: Valentina and Alessandra!
I got on well with them immediatly and we took this opportunity to do some 'shopping, Alessandra that loves classic and strong flavors bought Chanel number 5 and then we were at H&M, where I finally got a fluo shirt to only 4.95!

Capitano giornate in cui si ha voglia di star comodi,di dimenticare a casa il jeans stretto,di uscire solo con una t-shirt svolazzante ed un pantalone come quello che indosso che ti scivola addosso,che non ti fa pentire che il giorno prima sei stata da Rosso Pomodoro ed hai preso una verace...ed un fritto misto buonissimo (per non farci mancare niente!)
Questa mattina in occasione di un evento di cui presto vi parlerò,ho conosciuto due blogger che seguo da tempo: Valentina ed Alessandra!
Mi sono trovata subito bene con loro e Ne abbiamo approfittato anche per fare un po' di shopping,Alessandra che ama i sapori classici e forti ha acquistato Chanel numero 5 e poi siamo state da H&M dove finalmente ho preso una maglietta dai toni fluo a soli 4,95!

How was your day?
I spent a wonderful Monday with my love who had the idea to try Il Margutta for a vegetarian lunch and then a few hours at the Villa Borghese park , especially in the valley of the dogs where they can run free... I just see them and I'm happy!
I love their expressions, their energy, their mode of fight or just to say hello and I also like to note the similarities between masters and dogs.I always laugh of it!
Today Rome was rather grey,the t-shirt of a few weeks ago isn't wearable now,so while I was opening the closet I said, "that is at least an Easter Monday in Red!"
I'm tired of the usual black!

Com'è andata la vostra giornata?
Io ho passato una splendida Pasquetta con il mio amore che ha avuto l'idea di provare il Margutta per un pranzo vegetariano e poi qualche ora al parco di villa borghese soprattutto nella parte della valle dei cani dove possono correre liberi...mi basta vederli per essere allegra!

This love has been widely celebrated here in Rome with the photographic exhibition: "Percorso di lavoro" at the Chiostro del Bramante under the patronage of Alta Roma.
I would have expected the Karl of the advertising campaigns,rather glamorous,but there was another that left room to landscapes and took photographs to expressions of various characters of the film, I show you some of the photos I took!

Karl Lagerfeld è un tipetto poliedrico,lui stesso sostiene che la fotografia fa parte della sua vita.
Quest'amore è stato ampliamente celebrato anche qui a Roma con la mostra fotografica: Percorso di lavoro al Chiostro del Bramante con il patrocinio di Alta Roma.
Mi sarei aspettata il Karl delle campagne pubblicitarie,piuttosto glamour invece ce n'era un altro che lasciava spazio ai paesaggi e che ha fotografato espressioni di vari personaggi del cinema,vi posto alcune delle foto che ho scattato!

when I think of my high-waisted skirts comes to my mind the Bennato's song:
"To the mum fond of that skirt a bit long ,so elegantly 50's"
I was happy to find it at Zara because it was a long time that I was looking for a summer skirt in the markets, but it was always too big or too small!
Without doubt, this skirt is suitable for those who have a wasp waist, but generally the waist seems higher and the legs seem longer.
I combined it with a shirt a bit transparent,lace bra and stockings and a purse that looks vintage, but also this was bought acquired at Zara.
My father has spotted and kept telling me: "This is a man's bag!"
The gentleman has good taste!

Quando penso alle gonne a vita alta mi ritorna in mente la canzone di Bennato:
" Viva la mamma affezionata a quella gonna un po' lunga così elegantemente anni 50..."
Sono stata felice di trovarla da Zara perchè era da molto tempo che ne cercavo una estiva nei mercatini,ma era sempre troppo grande o troppo piccola!
Senza dubbio questa gonna si adatta a chi ha il vitino da vespa,ma in generale fa sembrare il punto vita più alto ed allunga le gambe.
L'ho abbinata ad una camicia un po' trasparente,reggiseno e calze in pizzo ed una borsa che sembra vintage,ma anche questa è stata acquistata da Zara.
Mio padre l'ha adocchiata e continuava a dirmi: "Questa borsa è da uomo!"
Ha buon gusto il signorino!

How boring are faces that smell of botox and non-truth
what a bore are the covers where photoshop change us into robots
you see unreal arms that no woman could have
how boring is this quest for perfection at all costs,for the perfect moment,for the make up that never goes away.
It is so nice to be dishevelled,unexpected,illogical,with a few wrinkles but happy and aware of own being.
Many people,more than those which we think,have achieved success despite not quite fall into that stereotypical beauty that give up and this was due to their personality and often thanks to their imperfections that help to make them people unique.
We defend our uniqueness,we don't overwhelm by a world that wants us equal.

Lace, floral patterns,old-fashioned and romantic necklaces, stockings and socks with clogs, I think this look summarizes some of my favorite trends for next summer.
Especially necklaces and rings with animals make me really the heart beat, I don't have to enter Accessorize.According to me it is a place of perdition ...
Just as pastel tones, orange, blue smurf make my heart beat, the powder pink .. I think there is a conspiracy from fashion on the part: they try to awake our child side and we fall in full or at least I fall right in there!

Pizzo,fantasie floreali,collanine un po' retrò e romantiche,clogs portate con calze e calzini,credo che questo look riassuma alcuni dei miei trends preferiti per la prossima estate.
Soprattutto le collanine e gli anelli con animali mi fanno veramente battere il cuore,non devo più entrare da Accessorize.Per me è il luogo della perdizione...
Così come mi fanno battere il cuore i toni pastello,l'arancio,l'azzurro puffo,il rosa cipria..Credo ci sia un complotto da parte della moda: cercano di risvegliare il nostro lato bambino e noi ci cadiamo in pieno o almeno io ci cado in pieno!

Avevo ancora addosso l'adrenalina dell'esame di diritto civile appena fatto quando sono corsa a Spazio Novecento per lavorare ad una presentazione organizzata da Dolce e Gabbana,noi ragazze dovevamo essere truccate dai make up artist e poi dopo la sfilata è stato decretato il trucco più in linea con le tendenze estive!
è stato veramente un lavoro carino e D&G ha regalato un set di prodotti a tutti i presenti,anche a noi modelle!
L'ombretto in particolare mi piace moltissimo,si chiama Stromboli ,è arancione e l'ho usato per intensificare le mie poche lentiggini :)

si può sconfinare nella malattia per interpretare un ruolo SOPRATTUTTO SE SI è GIà MAGRE?
