I still hadn't posted the photos taken in New Orleans.
It is a very hot city and it was the last leg of my trip in America.
You can breathe The Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) even when you are out of the carnival period, in fact there are many shops that sell costumes and masks.
We were there a few but very intense days , we visited the plantations,the French Quarter, which is the most special and historical area of the city with original houses, we ate puffs at the cafe du Monde listening to jazz,we toured the Mississippi River, and bought Tabasco and chicory coffee to take to relatives.

é una città caldissima ed è stata l'ultima tappa del mio viaggio in America.
Il Mardi Gras(martedì grasso) si respira anche quando siamo fuori dal periodo di carnevale,infatti sono molti i negozi che vendono costumi e maschere.
Siamo stati pochi giorni ma molto intensi,abbiamo visitato le piantagioni,il quartiere francese che è la zona più particolare e storica della città con casette originali,abbiamo mangiato bignè al caffè du Monde ascoltando jazz,fatto un giro sul fiume Mississipi,comprato tabasco e caffè di cicoria da portare ai parenti. Tappa di shopping: Urban Outfitters dove ho comprato la borsa a cartella con borchie e la sciarpa che vedete in queste foto!
